Teams with a statistic 3-0

NRG Esports

The Americans became one of the first team yesterday to advance to The New Legends Stage. They were fighting with TYLOO yesterday and achieved victory over the Chinese with a score 2-0.

Renegades

The Australians, in turn, surprised a public with their successful performance. After they defeated AVANGAR and Ninjas in Pyjamas, the team had to face ENCE Esports. They beat the Finns with a score 2-0 in the decisive match and made it to the main stage of the Major tournament.

Teams, which have been eliminated from the championship

Team Spirit

This CIS team has performed in the expected way. Just like the majority of viewers thought, Spirit was not able to oppose to its opponents at the tournament and, having been defeated by ENCE, Vega, and FURIA, the team was one of the first to be eliminated from the championship.

Grayhound Gaming

The Australians were not able to show something interesting too. All, with which the representatives of the above-mentioned tag please, was an interesting sticker on a weapon by DickStacy. They lost the matches against Cloud9, Vitality, and Fnatic and finished their participation in the tournament on the 23rd-24th place.

Teams with a score 2-1

Team Vitality, Vici Gaming, TYLOO, AVANGAR, ENCE, and Winstrike were performing decently in the previous matches but not that good to be at the main stage of the championship in Katowice. Besides Vitality and ENCE, the rest of the teams surprised viewers with having a statistic 2-1 and are in a step away from getting to The New Legends Stage. Today, the above-mentioned teams will demonstrate interesting matches, which can't be missed if you are a CS:GO fan.

Teams with a score 1-2

Such participants of the tournament as Ninjas in Pyjamas, Vega Squadron, G2 Esports, Fnatic, Cloud9, and FURIA Esports stepped down to the lower matches of the third round. It's natural that Vega Squadron, FURIA, and Cloud9 have gone to the lower matches but it's not clear what the rest of the teams are doing there. NiP, G2, and Fnatic have way worse results than viewers had expected from them. Viewers probably expected to see ViCi, AVANGAR, and TYLOO, for example, instead of these tags. Now, Ninjas in Pyjamas, G2 Esports, and Fnatic will have to play bo3 matches and this will make their goal to advance to The New Legends Stage much easier.
