Spirit destroy MOUZ in IEM Cologne 2025 Grand Final

Team Spirit are the IEM Cologne 2025 champions after a clean 3-0 victory over MOUZ in the grand final. The best-of-five series didn’t reach the fourth map, with Spirit locking in the win on Mirage, Ancient, and Nuke. donk was the standout of the series, earning MVP with a 1.53 rating and 99.8 ADR across all three maps. Spirit lift the trophy and take home $400,000, while MOUZ finish second after a strong playoff run.

Map 1 – Mirage (13:7 Spirit)

MOUZ’s pick opened the series, but Spirit came out firing. A dominant 10:2 CT side gave Spirit full control by halftime. chopper led early with a fast-paced ACE, while donk added a clean 4K on a mid-to-A push. MOUZ clawed back a few rounds on the T side, but couldn’t close the gap.

Map 2 – Ancient (13:11 Spirit)

Spirit’s map pick proved more contested. MOUZ led 8:4 at the half after a sharp CT side and a 1v2 clutch from Spinx, but Spirit mounted a late-game comeback. donk again delivered, including a crucial 1v2 post-plant retake to tie the score. Spirit edged ahead and shut down the final MOUZ pushes to take the map.

Map 3 – Nuke (13:6 Spirit)

With momentum fully on their side, Spirit closed the series on Nuke. A strong 8:4 T half gave them room to finish cleanly. zont1x supported with high-impact frags, while donk led the server once again. MOUZ couldn’t find footing on the CT side, and Spirit secured the sweep.

With this win, Spirit become the IEM Cologne 2025 champions, defeating MOUZ in the final. The tournament concluded with Spirit in first, MOUZ second, and Vitality third.

IEM Cologne 2025 took place in Cologne, Germany, featuring Group Stage (July 26–31) and Playoffs (August 1–4). The tournament had a $1,000,000 prize pool, with $400,000 for the champions Spirit, $180,000 for MOUZ as runners-up, and $80,000 each for the semifinalists.
