IEM Fall 2021 Europe: the second day of the competition is behind

Yesterday in the European region the second game day of the final RMR tournament IEM Fall 2021 Europe came to an end. Collected in one material the results of all games.

Group A

In Group A, we watched the following matches: BIG vs. G2 Esports, FunPlus Phoenix vs. mousesports, Copenhagen Flames vs. AURA.

In the central confrontation of the round between BIG and G2 Esports, the victory was celebrated by the "samurai". G2 Esports confidently beat BIG on Nuke with a score of 16-8.

At the same time, mousesports were playing against FunPlus Phoenix. The Mice were weaker and lost 12-16 on Nuke.

The third meeting in group A turned out to be the most equal. Copenhagen Flames snatched a 16-14 win over AURA on Overpass.

Group B

In Group B, we watched the following fights: Astralis versus Movistar Riders, Complexity Gaming versus EndPoint, Heroic versus Sinners Esports.

The Danes, as expected, were stronger than Movistar Riders. Astralis took Inferno 16-13.

In the match between Complexity Gaming and Endpoint, CoL turned out to be stronger. They beat their counterparts on Mirage 16-7

In another match, the main sensation of the round happened. Heroic lost 13-16 to Sinners Esports at Vertigo.

Group C

Group C was remembered for the following matches: Vitality vs. Sprout, ENCE vs. OG, Dignitas vs. MAD Lions.

In the match between Vitality and Sprout, the Frenchmen celebrated a tough victory. Vitality won Vertigo 16-14.

An even more difficult victory was given to OG in the match against ENCE. OG won on Mirage 28-25.

The most confident was the victory of Dignitas in the match against MAD Lions. The Swedes took Inferno 16-9.

Group D

Group D played: NiP versus FaZe Clan, fnatic versus DBL PONEY, Team Fiend versus SKADE.

In the first match, the Swedes proved to be much stronger than FaZe. NiP won Ancient 16-8.

In a parallel match, Fnatic suffered a fiasco. They lost 13-16 to the French.

In the third match, SKADE celebrated the victory. They won Overpass 16-14.

IEM Fall 2021 Europe group matches will continue today. The situations in the groups are heating up, and the most interesting, we hope, is yet to come.

Intel Extreme Masters Fall 2021 Europe kicked off on September 29 and ends on October 10. The total prize pool for the championship will be $ 105,000 and will be the largest of all RMR regions.

In addition to financial rewards, 24 participants compete for RMR points and ESL Pro Tour rating units.

The winner will take home $ 27,500 and 2,500 RMR Points, while the silver medalist will receive $ 17,500 and 2,344 RMR units. The third-placed team will receive $ 12,000 and 2,031 RMR points. The above teams will also earn 500, 350 and 225 ESL Pro Tour points, respectively.
