The NIP Team becomes the first IEM Fall 2021 Europe Grand Finalist. In the semifinals of the championship, the Swedish team turned out to be stronger than Vitality with a score of 2: 1. Now NIP will face the winner of the Astralis - ENCE pair.

The semi-final game against the French started on Nuke, which became the choice of the Swedes. However, NIP was literally at a loss, having thought of nothing for the attack, draining the first half. Of course, Vitality took advantage of such a gift, quickly completing the defeat at someone else's pick - 16: 5.

However, on the Overpass map, everything turned upside down in an instant, since the Swedes were already dictating the pace of the game, taking over the initiative before switching sides. At the same time, the French themselves did not succeed in the second half, which was the reason for the joy of the NIP players - 16: 9.

It seemed that a fierce struggle would reign on Inferno until the Swedes took over the economy and began to take round after round. In such a turmoil, Vitality could not think of anything, after the first half they surrendered with a score of 2:13. But even after the changeover, the French could not do anything about the pistol round won by NIP, which completely reserved a slot in the grand final with a quick victory at the Desider - 16: 2.

After this defeat, the French team goes to the bracket for the 3rd place, where they will meet with the loser of the Astralis meeting - ENCE.
