Groups became known at The International 2019
Group A included teams such as Alliance , Chaos Esports Club , Keen Gaming , Mineski , Newbee.TI9, PSG.LGD , TNC Predator , Team Liquid and Team Secret .
In Group B, such teams as Evil Geniuses , Fnatic , Infamous , Natus Vincere , Ninjas in Pyjamas , OG, Royal Never Give Up , Vici Gaming and Virtus.pro will compete with each other for eight outs in the playoffs.
The group stage will take place from August 15 to August 18. Teams will play in a round robin system in Bo2 confrontations. Top 4 participants from each group will reach the top bracket. 5-8 places will go to the lower bracket. Teams that will be in the last positions in their groups will leave the competition very first.
The International 2019 will be held from August 15 to 25 in Shanghai, China. It will be attended by 18 participants, 12 of whom went through the Dota Pro Circuit season. The six remaining teams went through regional qualifications. The prize pool exceeds the figure of $32,900,000. The winner will receive 45.5% of the prize.
