The dates of the European and CIS minor and qualifications for them became known
5045The European and CIS minor will be held from April 26 to May 2, presumably at the venue of the Major tournament. Each of the minors will be attended by eight teams that have gone through closed qualifications. They will play there $ 50,000, two invites to the ESL One Rio 2020 and one invitation to the Minors' 3rd Place Play-In.
Closed qualifiers for the upcoming minor will be held from March 5 to 6 for CIS teams and from March 7 to 8 for teams from Europe. Eight invites to Minor championships will be played in each of them.
ESL One Rio 2020 will be held from May 11 to 24 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The total prize fund will be $ 1,000,000, and 24 teams will engage in its division, 14 of which we already know. According to the results of the last StarLadder Berlin Major 2019, Astralis , AVANGAR , 100 Thieves , Evil Geniuses , ENCE , Team Vitality , Natus Vincere and Team Liquid were able to maintain the status of Legends.
