Don't miss the start of BLAST Premier World Final 2022 - the last major event of the season

Tomorrow, on December 14, BLAST Premier World Final 2022 will begin - the last major CS:GO championship for TIER-1 teams. Immediately after it, the team will go on an extended vacation to return by the end of January. In this regard, there is not much time left for fans to prepare for the last challenge, which will meet the participants in Abu Dhabi.

The day before, we analyzed all the participants of the BLAST Premier World Final 2022 and highlighted the main intrigues of the championship.

Format of BLAST Premier World Final 2022

The championship will begin with a group stage, all matches of which will be played in the BO3 format. The winners of the starting matches of their quartets will automatically advance to the playoffs, but will also compete for a direct ticket to the semi-finals. In turn, the teams that lost at the start of the tournament will be able to get into the playoffs through the lower bracket of the quartet. Teams that suffer two defeats will leave the championship.

The winners of the group will directly advance to the 1/2 finals of the BLAST Premier World Final 2022, while the participants placed 2nd to 3rd in their respective quartets will form quarter-final pairs. All championship playoff matches will also be played in the BO3 format.

BLAST Premier World Final 2022 will take place from December 14 to 18 in Abu Dhabi at the Etihad Arena. As part of the championship, eight teams of the season will compete for a total prize pool of $1,000,000.
