The last BLAST Premier World Final 2022 was marked by modest numbers compared to other tournaments in the series. At its peak, 378,262 spectators watched the championship matches, which is only the 14th result among all BLAST events in history.

Based on the statistics provided by the Esports Charts analytical service, Team Liquid became the most popular team in BLAST Premier World Final 2022 with a total of 3.1 million hours watched. At the same time, during the championship, all matches in total scored 8.2 million hours.

The five most popular matches of BLAST Premier World Final 2022:

  2. NAVI - Team Liquid: 349,066 people
  3. G2 Esports - FaZe Clan: 342,361 people
  4. Heroic - NAVI: 322,240 people

Interestingly, BLAST Premier World Final 2022 lags behind both the Spring Groups and Spring Finals, as well as the Fall Groups and Fall Finals 2022, two smaller competitions last season. The viewership of the tournament has fallen to about half compared to last year's finals: BLAST Premier World Final 2021 attracted 727,000 viewers.

BLAST Premier World Final 2022 was held from December 14 to 18 in Abu Dhabi at the Etihad Arena. As part of the championship, eight teams from Europe, the CIS and North America competed for a total prize pool of $1,000,000.
