The authoritative portal HLTV has presented a list of players who deserved to receive EVP awards at the end of the recent BLAST Premier World Final 2022. They included seven players, each of whom showed impressive results, but did not make it to the opportunity to get an MVP.

Recall that m0NESY was recognized as the best player of the championship — the G2 Esports sniper finished the event with a rating of 1.24. In turn, the G2 Esports team became the winner of BLAST Premier World Final 2022, having beaten Team Liquid in the grand final with a score of 2:0.

Players who received EVP awards at the end of BLAST Premier World Final 2022 (in order):

  • huNter- (G2 Esports)
  • jks (G2 Esports)
  • Twistzz (FaZe Clan)
  • EliGE (Team Liquid)
  • YEKINDAR (Team Liquid)
  • NiKo (G2 Esports)
  • degster (OG)

Receiving a prestigious award will greatly help the featured players and increase their chances of getting into the top 20 at the end of the past season. It is noteworthy that the players whose teams reached at least the 1/2 finals of the competition received EVP. However, G2 Esports is represented by three nominees at once, not counting m0NESY, the winner of the MVP award.

BLAST Premier World Final 2022 was held from December 14 to 18 in Abu Dhabi at the Etihad Arena. As part of the championship, eight teams from Europe, the CIS and North America competed for a total prize pool of $1,000,000.
