The format
At first glance, the format of the tournament looks pretty complicated but, actually, everything is way simpler. ESL Pro League Season 11 will be hosted in a few stages. Initially, 24 teams start in the group stage where they are divided into 4 groups with 6 teams in each. The top 12 rosters will advance to the next stage, 3 rosters from every group.
The leaders of every six will proceed to a separate stage called Play-In. The teams to place 2nd-3rd will go to the playoffs, the final stage, Round of 12.
Teams will fight in Play-In, after which the winners will advance to the semi-final and losers will go to the quarterfinals.
The format of all matches will be bo3, except for the grand final. The final match will be carried out in a bo5 series.
