The organizers will take care of all the financial issues that have arisen among the Chinese, who are barred from entering China.

Valve provided the CN players with PCs & will be covering their accommodation costs until they're cleared to return to China. The Huawei Romanian office staff have also lent their support to the CN teams throughout their stay in Bucharest & helped to resolve many issues.
Some players will be able to get home as early as early November. Those who are not lucky will have to do a COVID-19 test until it turns negative:
Chinese players who did not contract Covid in Romania will return to China around Nov 7th after a 2-week quarantine. Those who've contracted Covid however, have to repeat their serology & nucleic acid tests until they get negative results for both & are cleared to return.
