The first day of the playoffs is over. Based on the results of the four matches played, Gaimin Gladiators, BOOM Esports, G2.IG, and Aurora have fallen to the lower bracket. Now they will have to face each other for the right to stay in the tournament and continue their performance.   • 1st place: TBD - $300,000
  • 2nd place: TBD - $175,000
  • 3rd place: TBD - $120,000
  • 4th place: TBD - $80,000
  • 5-6th place: TBD - $60,000
  • 7-8th place: Gaimin Gladiators; Aurora - $40,000
  • 9-11th place: MOUZ; Team Secret; Shopify Rebellion - $20,000
  • 12-14th place: nouns; Virtus.pro - $15,000
  • 15-16th place: Azure Ray; HEROIC - $10,000

The tournament operator PGL has announced plans to organize at least eight major Dota 2 championships. Wallachia Season 1 will be the first tournament in the series and will take place in Bucharest, Romania. The announced prize pool for the tournament, for which esports teams will compete, will amount to 1,000,000 USD.
