s1mple is Esports Awards Player of the Year
Maksym ShylovOleksandr 's1mple' Kostyliev became the Esports Awards PC Player of the Year. This is the second consecutive victory in this nomination for the Ukrainian e-sportsman representing multi-gaming Natus Vincere .
In addition to s1mple, such eminent players as Russel 'Twistzz' van Dulken from FaZe, Zhang 'Faith_bian' Ruida, Illya 'Yatoro' Mulyarchuk and other esportsmen claimed the victory.
The NaVi player and his teammates this year were noted for victories at such tournaments as Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: European RMR B, BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2022 and BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022. In addition, the Born to Win took 2nd place within Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Cologne and PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
The next big challenge for Natus Vincere will be BLAST Premier: World Final 2022, which starts today. S1mple and the team ended up in group B after the draw. Their first opponent will be Team Vitality.

Recall that BLAST Premier: World Final 2022 will be held from December 14 to 18 of this year. The venue will be the Etihad Arena, which is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The top 8 teams from around the world will compete for a $1,000,000 prize pool. The winner of the tournament will receive the main prize of $500,000.
