
B8 eliminated from ESL Pro League Season 23 Stage 2 after loss to FUT
In a decisive elimination match at ESL Pro League Season 23 Stage 2, the Ukrainian team B8 faced FUT Esports. The best-of-three series determined which team would stay in contention for the playoffs and which would see their tournament run come to an end. The Turkish squad delivered a confident performance on both maps and secured a 2–0 victory, eliminating B8 from the tournament.

The first half of Dust2 was closely contested. B8 responded with aggressive plays on their map pick and finished the half tied 6–6. However, FUT completely took control on the attacking side, conceding only two rounds. The map ended 13–8 in favor of FUT.
On their own map pick, FUT gave the Ukrainian side no chance. They secured 10 rounds on the T side in the first half and, after switching sides, comfortably closed out Anubis 13–3.

With this victory, FUT remain in contention and will continue in the 2–2 bracket. B8 finish their run at the tournament in 12th–14th place, earning $10,500 for the team and $11,000 for the organization.
ESL Pro League Season 23 Stage 2 takes place from March 6 to March 10, where 16 teams compete for a spot in the playoffs. The remaining eight participants will share a prize pool of $185,000.
