The championship will be held according to the classical Swiss system. The opening rounds of the event will use the traditional seeding system, which matches teams based on their performance in the previous major and in the qualifiers. For example, FaZe Clan, being the winner of PGL Major Antwerp 2022, has the best seed. In the first round of the competition, the team will play with GamerLegion, which made it to the RMR tournament with the last seed in the qualifiers.

Starting from the third round, the Buchholz system will be used, which means that participants are awarded points for their performance. For example, a team whose opponents have one win and one loss each will receive "0" points. As a result, this team will get an opponent who will have "-2" points on his account.

Features and nuances of using the Buchholz system to determine seeding at RMR tournaments and majors.

As participants get closer to the matches that will define their tournament future, the BO1 format will change to a full-fledged BO3. However, the pairing format will still be based on the number of points calculated based on the above system.

In addition, an additional bracket will be organized to determine the final fourth place. The two teams that will have the lowest score will perform here. These rules will apply to the three teams that finish the main draw with a 3-1 record. Thus, one of the three teams that will have the highest score in the system automatically guarantees itself a place in the Legends and will take third place.
