
Astralis eliminate Spirit to reach ESL Pro League Season 23 semifinals
Astralis defeated Spirit 2–0 in a match at the ESL Pro League Season 23 Finals. The Danish squad delivered a confident performance across two maps to secure a spot in the tournament semifinals, where they will face Aurora.

The match started on Spirit’s pick, Dust2. However, Astralis quickly took control of the map, dominating the first half with a 10:2 lead on the CT side. After switching sides, Spirit managed to win a few rounds, but Astralis comfortably closed the map 13:6 to take the series lead.
On Ancient, Astralis continued to dictate the pace of the game. Their structured defense limited Spirit ’s opportunities to build momentum, and the Danish team secured another strong first half at 9:3. Spirit showed some resistance after the side switch, but Astralis maintained control and closed the map 13:7, sealing the series 2–0.
