Mag from NAVI again tested for coronavirus - negative
Ihor MatusAndrey 'Mag' Chipenko, who was going to play for NAVI as a replacement for ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021, told on Instagram that he decided to take a second test for coronavirus, which later turned negative.
Not long before the start of the Major championship, Natus Vincere announced that their players Bogdan 'Iceberg' Vasilenko and Andrey 'ALWAYSWANNAFLY' Bondarenko were infected with COVID-19 and would not be able to play in the squad at the tournament. Their places were to be taken by Andrey 'Mag' Chipenko and Nikola 'LeBronDota' Popovich. After that, the COVID-19 Mag test showed positive results, and the plane in which LeBronDota flew was, for technical reasons, deployed and landed where it originally flew from. In view of such events, the NAVI management decided to withdraw from participation in ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021.
