BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 Preview
The competitive season is returning today, and at the same time, BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 starts. Twelve partner teams of the tournament operator will start chasing six tickets to the final part of the autumn season from BLAST. In turn, the worst teams at the end of the championship will go to Showdown, where they will get their chance to play in the Fall Finals. We offer you to get acquainted with the format of the event, the participants and the distribution of the prize fund at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022.
Format of BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022
The championship is divided into two conditional parts: a group stage held in the BO1 format for one day (for each quartet), as well as the Play-In stage, where all participants will get to compete for places in the Fall Finals. In the second stage of the championship, the matches will be held in the BO3 format.
The group winners advance to the 3rd round of the playoffs, the teams that finish second in the groups advance to the 2nd round of the playoffs, while the teams that finish 3rd and 4th in each group advance to first round of the playoffs. The teams that lose in the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the playoffs go to the Last Chance stage, while the teams that have already lost in the 1st round of the playoffs leave the championship.

OGBLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 will take place from 19 to 28 August in Copenhagen. Twelve partner teams from Europe, the CIS and North America will take part in the championship and compete for a prize pool of $177,498, rating points, as well as six trips to BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022.
