BIG, Movistar Riders, MOUZ and Heroic Earn First Points at PGL Major Stockholm 2021

The first round of PGL Major Stockholm 2021 was successfully passed. In the last post, we talked about the results of the first half of the meetings, and now we will briefly go through the remaining matches.

The Germans from BIG in the first round of the Challenger Stage faced the CIS five from Entropiq. In an equal fight on Nuke BIG were stronger - 16-13 in favor of the European club.

The side-by-side match was played by Movistar Riders and Ranegades. The Spaniards closed Nuke in their favor with some problems - Movistar Riders 16-13 Renegades.

MOUZ and Sharks were the third to shoot. The Europeans were predictably stronger at Inferno, beating it 16-6.

The last match of the first round of the Challenger Stage at PGL Major Stockholm 2021 was the confrontation between Heroic and TYLOO. The Europeans won not without problems at Inferno - 16-12 in favor of Heroic.

PGL Major Stockholm 2021 runs from October 26 to November 7 in Sweden. 24 teams are competing for a prize pool of $ 2,000,000, as well as BLAST Premier and ESL Pro Tour points. The championship playoffs will take place at the Avicii Arena with spectators, while the early stages of the championship take place in a studio format.
