G2 Esports are in second place in the top 10 from HLTV

PGL Major Stockholm 2021 is behind, which means that the time has come to update the global ranking according to the HLTV version, which, in fact, the editors of the CS: GO portal have done. They presented an updated version of the list of the top 10 CS: GO teams in the world.

Natus Vincere, who won the Major championship, remained at the top of the ranking. They have 1,000 points. The players from G2 Esports moved up the best. The team took second place in PGL Major Stockholm 2021 and, thanks to this, moved up 7 positions. Now G2 are in second place in the list of the best CS: GO teams according to HLTV. NiP, Vitality and FaZe Clan moved down to 4th, 6th and 8th places, respectively. ENCE left the top 10 altogether and are now in 11th position.

Gambit Esports, which took 3-4 place in the Major tournament, are now at 3 positions in the rating from HLTV. Virtus.pro, Copenhagen Flames and FURIA Esports also strengthened their positions. VP moved up from 11th place to 7th, Copenhagen Flames - from 10th to 9th, and FURIA Esports entered the top 10 and settled on 10th place. Previously, they occupied the 18th position.

As for the top 20, Entropiq, MOUZ, Fiend and Lyngby Vikings were able to move up to 12th, 13th, 18th and 20th places. They added 2, 2, 1 and 2 positions, respectively. Astralis have lost the most positions. From 8th place they went down to 19.

PGL Major Stockholm 2021 was held from October 26 to November 7. The total prize pool of the Super Major was $ 2,000,000. Natus Vincere became the winners of the championship. Born to Win took the top prize of $ 1,000,000. In addition, they earned an invite to BLAST Premier World Final 2021 with a prize pool of $ 1,000,000 and received 1,800 ESL Pro Tour points + 4,000 BLAST Premier points. In the final, Natus Vincere defeated G2 Esports with a score of 2-0. During the entire tournament, NAVI were not defeated on any map. G2 Esports finished second in PGL Major Stockholm 2021 and received a reward of $ 300,000. Gambit Esports and Heroic, which took 3-4 places, earned $ 140,000 each.
