Team Spirit secured a 2–0 victory over Aurora Gaming to advance to the Group B Upper Bracket Final at IEM Cologne 2025. With this win, Spirit move one step closer to securing a playoff spot. The series was decided in just two maps, showcasing Spirit’s dominance and strategic depth.

Map 1 – Dust2 (13:8 Spirit)

Spirit started strong on Dust2, taking control with a solid CT half of 7:5 and maintaining pressure throughout the second half. Donk was unstoppable, delivering 60 kills with a remarkable 141.7 ADR and a 2.17 rating. Sh1ro provided steady support with clutch plays and smart positioning. Aurora struggled to mount a consistent offense, with jottAAA being their lone bright spot.

Nuke was a tighter affair, but Spirit’s early dominance in the first half (9:3) gave them the edge they needed. Despite a late surge from Aurora, Spirit closed the map with disciplined team play. Donk continued to shine, while sh1ro and teammates kept the pressure high. Aurora fought hard but couldn’t break Spirit’s defense.
