PGL Astana 2025 Tournament Group Matches: Day 2 Results

The second day of the PGL Astana 2025 group stage kept the intensity high, with more best-of-three battles across the board. Teams with early momentum, like Spirit and Na’Vi, continued their dominance, while others bounced back to keep their Major hopes alive.

Spirit once again looked untouchable, sweeping NiP with fast-paced map control and decisive site holds. FURIA rebounded from Day 1 with a close win over GamerLegion, while Na’Vi stayed flawless by taking down BIG in straight maps.
Elsewhere, Astralis improved to 2–0 by shutting out paiN, and Virtus.pro clawed back with a narrow win against M80. The MongolZ continued their Cinderella run with another dominant performance—this time, blanking MIBR without dropping a map.
G2’s upset loss to ODDIK was the biggest surprise of the day, sending them to the 1–1 pool. Meanwhile, Aurora stayed alive with a hard-fought win against HOTU.
As the group stage continues, several squads are on the brink of elimination, while others are locking in spots for the playoffs. Day 3 is shaping up to be crucial.
