IEM Fall 2021 Europe: the second day of the last RMR event has started

The second day of the European RMR event has started. This time, the competition was opened by teams from group C.

Results of the second round of group C at IEM Fall 2021 Europe

In the second round of Group C, we watched Vitality vs. Sprout, ENCE vs. OG, and Dignitas vs. MAD Lions. Almost all games turned out to be very colorful, but more on that in order.

In the Vitality vs. Sprout match, it took 30 rounds to determine the winner. With a minimal gap (16-14), the victory at Vertigo and, as a result, the French pulled out of Vitality in the match.

The longest match of the round and so far of the entire tournament was the battle between OG and ENCE. The teams fought fiercely on Mirage, and after a grueling game, OG celebrated a 28-25 win.

In the duel between Dignitas and MAD Lions, it all ended a little more straightforward. Dignitas won 16-9.

Thus, after the second round of Group C, OG and Vitality are leading with 2 victories in the standings. The third line is ENCE (1-1), followed by Dignitas (1-1). MAD Lions and Sprout close the standings in group C with 2 defeats in two matches.

Intel Extreme Masters Fall 2021 Europe kicked off on September 29 and ends on October 10. The total prize pool for the championship will be $ 105,000 and will be the largest of all RMR regions.

In addition to financial rewards, 24 participants compete for RMR points and ESL Pro Tour rating units.

The winner will take home $ 27,500 and 2,500 RMR Points, while the silver medalist will receive $ 17,500 and 2,344 RMR units. The third-placed team will receive $ 12,000 and 2,031 RMR points. The above teams will also earn 500, 350 and 225 ESL Pro Tour points, respectively.
