LOUD Founder & CEO Gives Players All Prizes for VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík
/Bruno Bittencourt, Founder and CEO of Brazilian esports organization LOUD, will give players all of the prize money for the VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík. Recall that the Brazilian team took second place in the tournament, thus earning $120,000.
$120,000 is already on the team's account, on the account of the players, they really deserve it. We will receive 0% of this money. I always say: as long as LOUD can produce content, attract sponsors, and not need prize money from players, everything is fine. As far as I know, no organization does that, you know? At least in Brazil. Clubs, on the contrary, take 30-50% and leave almost nothing for the players. We pay the highest salaries, bonuses and do not take money from the prize money to the VALORANT roster.
According to Bittencourt, his organization differs from many competitors in that it allows players to receive all the prize money from the championships. At the same time, the club itself is entirely dependent on the creation of content and attracting sponsors.
LOUD opened a VALORANT roster in February 2022. In three and a half months, the team became the winner of VCT 2022: Brazil Stage 1 Challengers, and also took second place in VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík, losing in the grand final to OpTic Gaming with a score of 0:2.
The current LOUD roster for VALORANT is as follows:
- aspas.
- less.
- pANcada.
- Saadhak.
- Sacy.
- bzkA (coach).
