FaZe defeat TYLOO – Austin Major 2025 Stage 2
FaZe Clan left no doubt on Anubis as they dismantled TYLOO 13–5 in their second match of Stage 2 at the BLAST.tv Austin Major. The international powerhouse locked down the map with a perfect 6–0 CT half after edging out a 7–5 start on T-side.
Håvard "rain" Nygaard turned back the clock with a vintage performance, posting a 19–9 scoreline, 83.2 ADR, and a match-best 1.57 rating. He wasn’t alone—frozen and EliGE each contributed 15 and 14 frags respectively, with s1mple and karrigan playing strong support roles. Every FaZe player ended the game with over 1.15 rating, highlighting just how dominant this showing was.
TYLOO struggled to convert any momentum from their opening five rounds. Jee was the only player to finish with a positive K/D, but even his efforts weren’t enough to break through FaZe’s defensive wall. Mercury and Attacker, two of the team's key rifles, combined for just 15 kills and posted sub-0.65 ratings.
FaZe now sit at 2-0 in the Stage 2 Swiss and look poised for a smooth playoff qualification, while TYLOO fall to 1-1 and must regroup quickly for their next opponent.
