In a do-or-die Swiss round 4 matchup, MIBR knocked out Falcons 2-1 to stay alive at BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 Stage 2. After losing Ancient 6-13, the Brazilians struck back on Nuke with a confident 13-9 win, forcing a decider on Inferno.
The final map went the distance, ending 22-20 in a tense overtime victory for MIBR. Clutch plays from insani and Lucaozy turned the tides, including a 1v3 post-plant hold and a crucial bomb defuse from brnz4n. Falcons’ m0NESY posted the highest rating of the match (1.27), but his effort wasn’t enough to prevent elimination.
