The organizers of ESL Pro League Season 16 have named the best player of the championship - the MVP of the tournament turned out to be ZywOo. The 21-year-old French sniper finished the event with an overall rating of 1.42. This is the 13th career award of this kind for a Vitality player.

Recall that the winner of the tournament was the Vitality team, which in the tense final was stronger than Team Liquid with a score of 3:2.

During the event, ZywOo scored impressive statistics. Even at the end of the group stage, the Frenchman was noticeably ahead of his closest pursuers, having made a weighty bid for the MVP. In the course of the playoffs, the sniper Vitality only strengthened his dominant position, leaving no chance for his opponents.

ZywOo also topped the charts in K/D difference (+207), impact rating (1.52), and rounds with over 1 kill (56.3%). The 21-year-old also excelled in KPR (0.91), clutches won (15) and total kills (536).

ESL Pro League Season 16 was held from August 31st to October 2nd in Malta at the Salini Resort site. 24 teams from Europe, CIS, North and South America competed for a total prize pool of $835,000, ranking points, and tickets to BLAST Premier: World Final 2022 and IEM Katowice 2023.
