FlyQuest secure a confident victory over Keyd Stars at the Worlds 2025 Swiss Stage
The first match of Day 2 featured FlyQuest — the LTA champions — facing Keyd Stars, the runners-up of the same region. As you may have noticed, these teams have met recently, and in this matchup, FlyQuest entered as the clear favorites. Let’s take a look at the picks and briefly recap the game.
Game 1 Picks:
- FlyQuest: Sion, Jarvan IV, Orianna, Kai`Sa, Nautilus
- Kids Stars: Mordekaiser, Wukong, Victor, Yunara, Alistar
Just as it looked on paper, that’s exactly how it played out in the game. FlyQuest had full control from start to finish. Unfortunately, Keyd Stars couldn’t put up any real resistance against their opponents, managing to take only one tower and a few camps throughout the entire match — clearly not enough to stand a chance at victory.
A solid and much-needed win for FlyQuest brings them to a 1-1 record, while Keyd Stars will now have to fight for survival in the tournament with a 0-2 scoreline.

Elimination and advancement matches are played in a Best-of-Three format with the Fearless Draft system, adding more strategy to the game. All other matches in the Swiss Stage are Best-of-One, so every round counts and one mistake can decide the outcome.
