Today will start the matches of the new week of the American League in League of Legends, LCS Summer 2022. In the first confrontation of the new week, Evil Geniuses and TSM will fight in the lower bracket. The meeting participants have no right to make a mistake this time.
Earlier, Counter Logic Gaming started their way from the lower bracket, while Team Liquid started in the upper bracket, but in the match against Cloud9 they already used their right to make a mistake. The winner of the meeting will go to the semi-finals of the lower bracket, where they will compete for a place in the top 3.
In the second confrontation, Evil Geniuses and TSM will come face to face. The winner of the fight will advance to the lower bracket semi-finals, where they will compete with the winning team in the Team Liquid vs Counter Logic Gaming match.
LCS Summer 2022 runs from June 18 to September 11. The total prize pool of the American League for League of Legends is $200,000 + 3 invitations to the 2022 World Championship. The winner will earn $100,000, while the silver and bronze medalists will receive $50,000 and $30,000 respectively. The team that takes fourth place will receive a consolation reward of $20,000 and will be left without an invite to 2022 Worlds.
