Team Liquid are the champions of cs_summit 8!
In America, the first RMR tournament of 2021 came to an end, which became cs_summit 8. For 10 days, 8 teams were figuring out who is the strongest and most worthy to be called the champion.
At the end of the championship, Team Liquid turned out to be the best. During the playoffs, they beat paiN Gaming and faced FURIA Esports twice.
The final match was played in bo5 format, but five maps were not needed. Liquid closed the meeting 3-1.

- 2nd place: FURIA Esports - $ 10,000 + 1500 RMR points
- 3rd place: EXTREMUM - $ 7,000 + 1400 RMR points

- 5th place: Extra Salt - $ 4,000 + 1200 RMR points
- 6th place: paiN Gaming - $ 3,000 + 1100 RMR points
- 7th-8th place: Evil Geniuses - $ 2,000 + 950 RMR points
- 7th-8th place: Bad News Bears - $ 2,000 + 950 RMR points
After winning at cs_summer, Team Liquid are in 3rd place overall in RMR points. The first line is held by FURIA Esports, and the second place is taken by EXTREMUM.

The RMR tournament cs_summit 8 was held from May 20 to May 30. 8 teams from North and South America competed for a prize pool of $ 50,000 and 10,000 RMR points.
