Falcons confidently defeated Astralis 2–0 at IEM Chengdu 2025, securing a spot in the semifinals. The team demonstrated excellent coordination on both maps — Nuke and Mirage — leaving their opponents no chance for a comeback. The standout player of the match was kyousuke, who maintained consistent and aggressive play throughout, becoming a key factor in Falcons’ victory.
Nuke (6:13 Falcons)
The first half on Nuke was quite balanced, with both teams showing solid performance and finishing it tied at 6–6. However, the momentum shifted once Falcons switched to the attacking side. Astralis couldn’t win a single round on defense and eventually lost the map 6–13.
Mirage (7:13 Falcons)
On their own map pick, Falcons claimed a dominant victory. Playing on the T side, they set the pace early and maintained control across the map. When Astralis switched to the attacking side, they tried to regain momentum but failed to do so. Falcons closed out the map 13–7, sealing the series.
