Heroic confidently defeated M80 with a 2:0 scoreline in the ESL Pro League Season 22, securing wins on Dust2 and Overpass.

On the opening map, Dust2, Heroic immediately took control. The first half ended 8:4 in their favor, and after switching sides they didn’t drop a single round, closing the game 13:4. M80 struggled to gain momentum, failing to convert opportunities on both CT and T sides. Heroic’s yxngstxr stood out with 33 kills and nearly 100 ADR, while teammates LNZ and alkarenn also posted strong numbers. On M80’s side, Swisher and slaxz- were the most impactful, but the rest of the lineup could not keep pace.

The second map, Overpass, turned out to be a closer fight. The first half ended 7:5 for Heroic, and the second played out with a similar pattern, 6:4, giving them a 13:9 victory. M80 kept the score tight thanks to slaxz- and Swisher, but lapses in key rounds cost them heavily. Heroic once again showed composure, executing more cleanly in decisive moments to secure the map and the series.
