The Ninjas in Pajamas team lost to Astralis with a score of 1:2 and left BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023. According to the results of the championship, the Swedish team took 10-12th place, thus earning $5,666 and 600 points. In turn, the Astralis team made it to the second round of the Play-In stage, where they will play against OG tomorrow.

The last meeting of the first round of Play-In started on the Overpass map, which became the choice of the Danish team. However, Astralis players couldn't come up with anything in attack, giving advantage to Ninjas in Pajamas. In turn, the Swedes held an exemplary defense in order to get a huge advantage at the end of the first half - 11:4. After the side switch, the wards of casle could not get involved in the fight, while the Swedish team confidently finished what they started and took the lead in the series — 16:11.

Next, the teams moved to the Mirage map, which turned out to be the choice of Ninjas in Pajamas. Here the situation turned upside down, as the Danes were already dictating their terms and controlling the course of the match. At the same time, the Swedes did not come up with anything in the attack, having received a natural defeat - 12:3. After the side switch, Astralis was able to win the pistol round in order to do without problems and quickly level the score in the series - 16:7.

Everything was decided on the Ancient map, which started with a hard fight. Nevertheless, the Danes managed to open up in the attack in order to get a minimal advantage at the end of the first half - 8:7. After switching sides, the Swedish team won the pistol series. However, here the Astralis team joined the game to take control of the game and knock Ninjas in Pajamas out of the tournament - 16:10.

BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 takes place from January 19 to 29 in Copenhagen. As part of the competition, 12 partner teams compete for a total prize pool of $177,498, ranking points, and six tickets to the BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2023.
