ZywOo, Vitality 's sniper, was named the best player in BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 according to the organizers. The 22-year-old French player completed his performances in the championship with a rating of 1.42, which is the second highest among all participants in the tournament. The award, which is presented in partnership with AP Moller - Maersk, has found its first winner for the new season.

It should be noted that according to the results of the championship, the French sniper became the leader in terms of K/D difference (+65), and also took second place in a number of key indicators: difference in damage per round (+24.3), KPR (0.85), DPR (0.50), KAST (80.6%), Opening KPR (0.17) and impact (1.51).

Together with his team, ZywOo held an exemplary championship, having won three confident victories over Astralis (2:0), Evil Geniuses (2:0) and Heroic (2:1). Having won the group stage, Vitality advanced to BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2023 ahead of schedule and set off to prepare for the next competition.

BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 was held from January 19 to 29 in Copenhagen. As part of the competition, 12 partner teams competed for a total prize pool of $177,498, ranking points, and six tickets to the BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2023.

  • 7th-9th place: Complexity Gaming, BIG and OG — $8,500 + 900 points + slot in BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2023
