Elisa Masters Espoo 2022 starts tomorrow!

The Elisa Masters Espoo 2022 esports CS:GO tournament will start very soon. The organizer is the operator Elisa Esports. Events will unfold in Espoo Metro Arena, Finland. In this material, you will learn about the format of the event, participants, prize fund and other details of the championship.

Format

The tournament starts from the group stage. 12 teams will be divided into 2 groups of 6 participants. The format of all stage matches is bo1. Group winners will advance directly to the semi-finals of the tournament.

The teams that took 2nd-3rd places will start their journey from the quarterfinals. The playoff stage will be held in the Single Elimination bracket. All matches will be played in bo3 format.

Prize pool distribution

In addition to cash prizes, participants compete for a direct invitation to the Play-In stage at Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2023, which will be held from January 31st to February 12th, 2023.

The distribution of the prize pool is presented below:

  • 1st place - $100,000 - IEM Katowice 2023 Play-In
  • 2nd place — $28,000
  • 3rd-4th place — $14,000
  • 5th-6th place — $10,000
  • 7th-8th place — $4,000
  • 9th-10th place — $4,000
  • 11th-12th place — $4,000
