Heroic wins a second victory at ESL Pro League Season 16
The Heroic team outplayed Complexity with a score of 2:0, thanks to which they became the leaders of group C at ESL Pro League Season 16. Despite the last defeat, the North American team is still in the leader group after defeating Astralis and HEET.
The second confrontation of the gaming day started on the Inferno map, which became the choice of the North American team. At the same time, the players of Complexity pretty soon seized the initiative on the server, having managed to close the half in the attack with a minimal advantage - 8:7. However, after the change of sides, the Danes entered the game, who had already shown their attack. The North Americans could not cope with this, who, having taken only one round, allowed Heroic to take the lead in the series - 16:9.
Next, the teams moved to the Ancient map, which became the choice of Heroic. And again, the fans saw an equal fight in the first half, which now belongs to the Danish team - 8:7. However, after the change of sides, Complexity again disappeared from the radar, unable to compete with the opponent. As a result, Heroic confidently closed the series, and at the same time became the leader of its group — 16:10.
