The Outsiders team outplayed MIBR with a score of 2:0, thanks to which they guaranteed themselves participation in the playoffs of ESL Pro League Season 16. In turn, the Brazilian team goes to the final round of the competition, where they will have to compete for 5th place in group B.

The second game confrontation started on the Vertigo map, which became the choice of the Brazilian team. However, the MIBR players soon regretted their decision, as they couldn't come up with anything in attack. In turn, the Outsiders played confidently on defense, giving the opponent only two rounds - 13:2. The change of sides did nothing to help the Brazilians, who, having lost the pistol round, lost any chance of returning. At the same time, the Outsiders players confidently closed the second half and took the lead in the series — 16:2.

Next, the teams moved to the Inferno map, which became the choice of the Outsiders. At the start, it seemed that intrigue awaited the audience here, but Outsiders managed to level the economy and quickly ran ahead. As a result, MIBR did not come up with anything for the defense, allowing the opponent to get an excellent handicap - 11:4. After the change of sides, the Brazilians still tried to impose a fight, but it all ended in a pistol series. Well, then the Outsiders players took the initiative under their control, thus gaining an easy victory in the series — 16:7.

In the final round of the group stage, the Outsiders will face G2. At the same time, MIBR will have to play with the Portuguese from FTW.

ESL Pro League Season 16 runs from August 31st to October 2nd in Malta at the Salini Resort. 24 teams from Europe, CIS, North and South America compete for a total prize pool of $835,000.
