Participants of BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022: favorites and outsiders

The main favorite of BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022 is the FaZe Clan team, which has already won Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Katowice, ESL Pro League Season 15 and PGL Major Antwerp 2022 this season. Despite the failure of the team in Dallas, the leader of the world ranking is still hopes to gain a foothold on the top of Olympus and create his own era.

FaZe Clan can be hindered by the NAVI team, which recently announced a reshuffle in the roster. Of course, the transfer of sdy raises concerns, since it is accompanied by a role reversal. However, "Born to Win" is unlikely to become much weaker, since a successful performance at the BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022 will help solve the main problem - uncertainty.

Don't write off ENCE, which recently reached the finals of Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Dallas. At the same time, the team played in America without Spinx, who will definitely come to Lisbon and give the team a fire potential. Even before, ENCE has demonstrated a stable game, consistently getting into the playoffs over the past months.

It is interesting to watch G2 Esports and BIG, which have recently begun to show much more stable results, getting into the playoffs of major championships. However, the teams still cannot compete with the leaders of the world ranking, over and over again stumbling upon the notorious difference in class and the lack of fresh ideas.

It's hard to estimate the chances of Vitality, who can't show any results against the eminent Danes. Probably, the failure of the team at the next tournament may be the last drop of patience from the leadership of the French club.

Well, the Brazilian team paiN Gaming seems to be an obvious outsider of BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022. Yes, the team became the winner of the American Showdown, where they outplayed MIBR and FURIA. However, paiN Gaming's latest results do not inspire optimism, as the team is still unable to establish itself among the leaders in its region. It is clear that in Europe it will be much more difficult for the Brazilian team, and even without good practice, to show a decent result.
