The Ninkas in Pajamas team advance to the grand finals of the Global Esports Tour 2022: Dubai, where the Mousesports team is already waiting for them. The second semi-final ended in favor of NiP, where they defeated the renewed OG roster led by nexa without any problems. Let's take a look at the last episode.

NiP vs OG

  1. NIP removed Dust2
  2. OG removed Nuke
  3. NIP picked Overpass
  4. OG picked Mirage
  5. OG removed Vertigo
  6. NIP removed Ancient
  7. Inferno was left over

On the Overpass map, the OG team started on defense. They didn't get off to a good start, NiP started the map with a 5-round streak on the attack side. But the return series of 4 rounds from OG slightly improved the team's position. NiP, in turn, managed to get two rounds, and OG make another series of 4 rounds in the end. 7:8 in favor of the team captained by nexa. The second half showed us that OG did not feel at all confident for the side of the attackers, as a result of only three won rounds after the switchover. But rather, it is the merit of NiP who managed to demonstrate a confident game for the defense, and with a streak of 8 rounds they take their peak with a score of 16:11.

On Mirage, we expected to see a more interesting counter-strike from OG, but starting from the attacking side, it was clear how hard it was for them. Perhaps they have not yet been able to find their game against tier-1 teams, because they have recently made adjustments to their CS:GO roster. The first half goes to NiP's treasury with a devastating, but still with the possibility of a comeback for OG, a score of 11:4. OG even managed to win a full eco with a glock-18 in their hands, and that was the end of the surprise rounds. For the defense, OG had to pull their tactics out of their sleeves, well, for starters, they had to show a good aim with usp-s in the first round after the side switch. Unfortunately, they couldn't win the pistol round, which meant NiP had a huge springboard to win not only in the bo3 series, but also on the map. The defense in the second half managed to win only one round, the score on the map was 16:5, and in the series 2:0 in favor of the Ninjas in Pajamas team.
