Swedish esports organization Ninjas in Pajamas has announced that djL has tested positive for coronavirus and will miss the upcoming grand final of the Global Esports Tour 2022 Dubai. The place of the 28-year-old Swedish specialist will be taken by calc, who is also known as the chief operating officer of the club.

Unfortunately, djL has tested positive for the coronavirus and therefore cannot stand behind the guys today in the grand final. He will be replaced by the one and only coach with 100% win stats calc. Get well soon, Daniel.

Note that these are not the only difficulties that Ninjas in Pajamas faced during the Global Esports Tour 2022 Dubai. Even before the start of the championship, the organization confirmed that hampus would miss the event due to illness. As a result, the team hosts a second tournament with ztr, who also assisted the Ninjas in Pajamas in Dallas.

Global Esports Tour 2022 Dubai takes place from June 9 to 11 in the UAE at the Dubai World Trade Center. As part of the championship, eight teams from Europe, North America and the Middle East are fighting for a total prize pool of $250,000.

Recall that during the championship the Swedish team has already managed to beat NASR (2:1) and OG (2:0). In the grand final of the Global Esports Tour 2022 Dubai, the team will face MOUZ.
