The group stage of DreamHack Open November 2021 has come to an end, which brought some interesting results. In particular, teams such as MOUZ and ENCE flew past the playoffs, while forZe and MAD Lions took their places in the semifinals. However, there are several important stories that we have to remember before the start of the playoffs of the championship.

Group A

It seemed that there were no surprises in Group A. Firstly, GamerLegion naturally lost two meetings, even if it managed to compete in the opening match against BIG. In any case, the Swedish team lacks the experience of playing at the TIER-1 level, which we saw in the next game with MOUZ.

At the same time, the MOUZ team was unpleasantly surprised by losing to MAD Lions twice. And if the defeat in the first match can still be attributed to a forced substitution in the squad, then 0: 2 in the decisive match indicates the problems of the team.

The MAD Lions team was pleasantly pleased. Yes, in the game against BIG, the team lacked confidence and, possibly, shooting. However, in two matches against MOUZ, the guys showed a good game, creating several coups.

At the same time, BIG is still holding an exemplary tournament, taking into account all the difficulties of the team earlier. Hopefully the problems against GamerLegion were due to drowsiness.

Group B

In the second quartet, the Spirit team disappointed. And if in the first match against fnatic the team was still trying to fight, then 0:16 on Nuke c forZe is a death sentence. It was not for nothing that sdy left the team immediately after the championship, which, as he himself expressed, could not find a consensus with the team.

Do not forget about the ongoing crisis of the ENCE team. Yes, the team began their journey within the DreamHack Open November 2021 with a strained victory over forZe. However, in the game against fnatic, the European team completely relaxed. Well, the farewell defeat to forZe put an end to the tournament prospects for ENCE, which will have to prepare for the rest of the season.

At the same time, I made forZe happy. Recall that the Russian team was not supposed to play at DreamHack Open November 2021 at all. However, the Complexity crisis allowed the team to take the slot in order to surprise with their beautiful game. And if at the start of the tournament forZe did not manage to wake up, then she showed good CS at a distance and deservedly reached the playoffs.

Well, the leader of the quartet was the fnatic team, which, having trained for several weeks, again seems to be an efficient unit. And if the guys keep their attitude, they can compete for the victory in the championship.
