The fnatic team became the first finalist of DreamHack Open November 2021. In the first semifinal of the tournament, the team proved to be stronger than MAD Lions with a score of 2: 0. In turn, the European team finished their way in the championship, taking 3-4 place and earning $ 10,000.

The battle for a slot in the grand final began on Ancient, which became the choice of MAD Lions. At the same time, the “hosts” started very cheerfully on the map, earning three rounds of advantage over the side switching. At the same time, in the second half, MAD Lions continued to press, at some point risking to quickly finish the map. However, the British-Swedish tandem made a beautiful comeback to come forward and get one step closer to the grand final - 16:14.

Then the teams got to the map Inferno, which became fnatic's choice. At the same time, ALEX and the company were able to provide only a minimal advantage over the change of sides. However, in the second half, fnatic managed to show an exemplary defense, and as soon as the economy leveled off, it covered up all the opponent's attempts to enter the bombsite. As a result, the team secured a victory at its own peak, thereby becoming the first grand finalist of DreamHack Open November 2021 - 16:12.
