At the end of the second day of the PGL Major Stockholm 2021 playoffs, the second pair of semi-finalists was determined. Following the results of two interesting quarterfinals, Gambit and NAVI advanced to the next stage to present the audience with a CIS derby.

Gambit - FURIA

In the first quarter-final of the day, Gambit and FURIA met. And if at the start of the match many did not expect a fight from the Brazilians, then during the meeting the wonderful mood of arT and the company became clear. However, the first map still went in favor of Gambit, which gathered in overtime and closed Inferno in its favor. Then the teams switched to the Overpass map, which was also played on an equal footing. But in the end, the Russian team turned back on, thereby avoiding trouble.

NAVI - Vitality

In the final quarterfinals, a face-to-face meeting of two geniuses of this game - s1mple and ZywOo took place. However, “Born to Win” continued to bend their line, demonstrating precise preparation for the opponent, and at the same time high discipline. As a result, NAVI closed the French on Dust 2 without any problems, and then did not allow the opponent to relax on Nuke, thereby becoming the last participant in the semi-finals of PGL Major Stockholm 2021.
