In the NiP vs G2 Esports match, the first ace was realized in the playoff stage
Ihor MatusFredrik 'REZ' Sterner was able to secure the first ace in the playoffs of PGL Major Stockholm 2021. This happened in the fight against G2 Esports, which ended an hour ago. On the first map, Inferno, in the 22nd round with the score 13-8 in favor of G2 Esports, the latter did not have as much money as they would like and the players decided to force-buy. Such an attack did not bring success to G2 Esports, however, REZ was able to find a plus for itself in this. The Swede managed to shoot each of his opponents alone, which allowed Fredrik Sterner to make the first ace realized during the playoff stage. He made the first three frags in the mid, and the remaining two - in the "boiler" position and near the arch of the transition from mid to the respawn CT.
