The PGL Major Stockholm 2021 Legends Stage has come to an end, as a result of which eight teams have formed the playoff bracket. These teams will continue to fight for the main prize, estimated at $ 1,000,000. At the same time, the Legends stage presented us with enough interesting stories that are worth refreshing in our memory.

What was the Legends stage remembered for?

Already the first day of the game gave us quite a few interesting results, which were clearly not pleasant to those who took part in the Pick'Em Challenge. The main sensation of the first two rounds was the Entropiq team, which first dealt with Liquid, and then overthrew the trendsetters on the Vertigo map - Gambit. At the same time, on the same day, the Astralis team received a powerful click on the nose, losing with a bang to the NIP on the Inferno map. No less interesting is the fate of Vitality, which lost two meetings at the end of the first game day, literally being on the edge of the abyss.

However, the third round finally dotted the "i" s, because on that day we said goodbye to Evil Geniuses and ENCE. At the same time, G2 and NAVI achieved their third victories in the Legends stage, being the first to break into the playoffs of PGL Major Stockholm 2021.

Much more interesting results were presented by the fourth round, as a result of which two contenders for reaching the playoffs - Liquid and Astralis - left the championship at once. Following them, MOUZ also left the championship, which failed to cope with Virtus.pro in a dramatic duel. However, this game day gave a lot of emotions for Heroic, FURIA and Gambit, who prevailed over their rivals and paved the way to the playoffs.

The final round was equally intriguing. However, in the morning session, Entropiq said goodbye to the championship, losing to Vitality. Following the Russian team, the FaZe Clan team left the tournament, which did not cope with Virtus.pro. Well, in the evening we witnessed an intriguing meeting, which remained for the guys from NIP.
