Gambit Esports and Virtus.pro will play in the IEM Fall 2021 CIS RMR playoffs from Group B

The matches of Group B, and with them the entire group stage of IEM 2021 CIS RMR, have come to an end. Not without double replays, and you can see the results of the past meetings below.

Group B results

After two playing days in group B, predictably, but not without problems, two participants in the playoffs were identified. They are Gambit Esports and Virtus.pro.

On the way to the main stage, Gambit outplayed INDE IRAE, Team K23, forZe and Unique, but lost to Virtus.pro in a personal confrontation.

Virtus.pro defeated K23, Unique, Gambit and forZe, but in the match against INDE IRAE they gave up.

Based on the results of two playing days, it was not possible to determine the leader - they had to resort to replays for 1-3 places. The tiebreaks were attended by: Gambit Esports, Virtus.pro and INDE IRAE, which made a splash at IEM 2021 CIS RMR.

We managed to solve everything in one round of tiebreaks. Gambit Esports outplayed both VP and IE, while Virtus.pro got even with INDE IRAE for losing the group stage.

VP and Gambit Esports go to the playoffs, where NaVi and Entropiq have gone before, and INDE IRAE occupies the 3rd line. But the carnival in group B did not end there.

At the bottom of the table, the teams were also waiting for a replay. Unique, Team K23 and forZe fought for 4th place.

At the bottom of the table, Unique was the strongest with 2 wins in 2 matches. On the 5th line, after the victory over forZe, K23 is in the standings, and the "Knights" took the last place in the group, having managed to win only 1 match in the entire tournament.

The playoffs will start today, October 2 at 11:45 am CET, but it won't make much of the weather. From the CIS, the names of all the participants of the Major are known ahead of schedule, the list of which you see in the photo below.
