Team DRX lost to FunPlus Phoenix 0:2 and was eliminated from VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen. According to the results of the competition, the South Korean team took 5th-6th place, earning $40,000 and 300 points. In turn, FunPlus Phoenix advanced to the semi-finals of the lower bracket of the tournament, where it will play with Fnatic, which had previously outplayed the Chileans from Leviatán.

The final meeting of the gaming day started on the Ascent map, which became the choice of the European team. But if the first half was held in an equal fight, then after the change of sides, the initiative began to move under the wing of one team. As a result, FunPlus Phoenix managed to give a confident series of rounds on defense, thus taking the lead in the series — 13:9.

The teams then moved on to Fracture, which turned out to be DRX's pick. However, the European team did not feel the opponent's resistance in the first half, showing a confident attack and winning nine rounds. After the side switch, DRX tried to get back into the game, but in vain. As a result, FunPlus Phoenix reached the necessary rounds without unnecessary nerves, at the same time knocking out the South Korean team from the championship — 13:5.

Recall that a little earlier, VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen left the Leviatán team, which lost to Fnatic with a score of 1:2 and earned $40,000.
