Shao named VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters Player of the Year - Copenhagen

Shao of Team FunPlus Phoenix has been named the MVP of the past VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen. According to the results of the championship, the 22-year-old Russian esportsman showed impressive stability, playing a huge role in the success of his team.

The player, whose agent pool ranges from Fade to Sage, has a high average rating of 1.12 over 27 maps played. In addition, Shao managed to improve his performance in the playoffs of VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen, which was the main factor in choosing the MVP nominee.

VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen took place from July 10 to 24 in Copenhagen at the Forum. As part of the championship, twelve participants from Europe, North and South America, Brazil, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia competed for a prize pool of $650,000, as well as ranking points needed to qualify for VALORANT Champions 2022.

Recall that the winner of the championship was the FunPlus Phoenix team, which defeated Paper Rex with a score of 3:2 in a tense grand final.
