Results of the seventh game day of the Worlds 2020 group stage
All day we watched the battles in Group C. In the first round, Fnatic outplayed Team Solomid, while LGD Gaming lost to Gen.G. In the second round, Fnatic claimed the victory again, this time against LGD Gaming, while TSM lost again, this time to Team Solomid. In the final round, one match was played between LGD Gaming and Team Solomid. The North American team again suffered a fiasco, losing to the Chinese club.
As a result, Gen.G Esports passed from the first place in the group to the playoffs, and from the second - Fnatic. LGD dropped out of the tournament in 9-12 places, and Team Solomid became the first team to leave Worlds 2020 in 13-16th place without winning a single map.
Today is the final day of the Worlds 2020 group stage. Unicorns of Love will try not to repeat the fate of Team Solomid, and Top Esports and DRX are clearly determined to win the group. Matches will begin at 11:00 Moscow time.
