Yike to Stay with Karmine Corp for the 2026 LEC Season
According to Sheep Esports, jungler Martin “Yike” Sundelin will continue to play for Karmine Corp in the 2026 LEC season. Despite his contract running until the end of 2026, the organization has no plans to sell the player and remains fully confident in him.
The team is actively working on roster changes. Sources report that mid laner Vladimiros “Vladi” Kourtidis will leave the starting lineup, and adjustments to the coaching staff are also expected. Karmine Corp reportedly plans to use its import slots for solo lane positions.
Expected Karmine Corp roster for the 2026 Winter Split:
- Top: TBD
- Jungle: Martin “Yike” Sundelin
- Mid: TBD
- ADC: Caliste “Caliste” Henry-Hennebert
- Support: TBD
Yike joined KC after two successful years with G2 Esports, where he won multiple regional titles. With the “Blue Wall”, he helped the team win the LEC Winter Split and reach the final of the international tournament First Stand, marking the first such achievement for Europe since 2019. However, in the Summer Split, Karmine Corp failed to qualify for Worlds, losing to Fnatic, and Yike admitted he “didn’t manage to take on the leadership role”.
Despite the disappointing end to the season, the organization continues to show faith in its jungler, calling him one of the best in the league. Yike is now the second confirmed player for 2026 after Caliste “Caliste” Henry-Hennebert. Karmine Corp is also reportedly in talks to extend top laner Canna’s contract.
